My philosophy on social media and sports is pretty much the same, I’d rather experience life by trying and doing than sit idly and observe others. In other words, if I were really into football I wouldn’t watch it on TV, I’d join a local team and play football. Same with social media. Why would I passively scroll through others’ lives when I can go out and experience my own?

That said, I do watch the Super Bowl and rely on Facebook and Instagram to keep in touch with my global friends and family, so never say never. But I only post to social media when I’m actively doing something that’s worth broadcasting, so don’t expect a post every hour of every day.

A restaurant named after a movie in the back lot of a suburban Canadian hotel? YES PLEASE!
