I believe in living life through action and participation rather than passive observation. If I were passionate about football, I wouldn’t just watch games on TV—I’d join a local team and play. The same goes for social media. Instead of endlessly scrolling through snapshots of others’ lives, I’d rather go out and create meaningful experiences of my own.
That said, I’m not entirely opposed to spectating or staying connected. I watch the Super Bowl, and I use platforms like Facebook and Instagram to keep in touch with friends and family across the globe. However, my approach to posting is intentional. I share moments that feel genuinely worth sharing, so you won’t see me posting daily updates just for the sake of it.
